Covid Information

.As we continue through each phase of the pandemic we grow and learn from each other. We work together as a team to ensure we all remain safe. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our Hamlets family for their continued compliance to the health orders. Our dedicated management and teams have taken the necessary steps to ensure safety for all our residents.

We thank all of you for your continued patience and understanding as we weather the ongoing Covid19 waves and the necessary preventative measures needed.

We compassionately recognize and understand how difficult these times have been. Together we are getting through this, and we thank you all for your understanding and support.

Please find the latest Covid guidelines from Alberta Health regarding supportive living and long-term care.

Support from family and friends

  • Access to support and companionship from family and friends is essential to resident mental and physical health and wellbeing.
  • Visiting family and friends must:
    • wear a mask continuously while indoors and in resident rooms (unless a significant communication barrier is present)
    • stay home if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, even if mild and even if you are fully vaccinated
